Demi has become somewhat of a poster child for the raw food phenomenon because she is outspoken and passionate about how eating healthy has changed her life.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the raw food way of living, here is what you will find if you decide to turn raw. First off, you will need to say goodbye to the convenient foods that aren’t doing your body any good.
Unfortunately, that will almost include everything that you would find in your local supermarket, since processed foods are definitely off the menu.
Demi Moore has admitted that these sacrifices are hard to make at first, but they are well-worth the effort.
So what exactly can you eat on Demi Moore’s diet? You can almost eat any naturally grown food, as long as it is unprocessed and isn’t cooked above 118 degrees. Organic foods are also preferred since they are in their most natural state and are free of pesticides and preservatives.
