Raw food has proven for many famous raw foodists to be a wonderful dietary choice for promoting complete nutrition, weight loss, and a more positive center of energy. Alicia Silverstone has lived a vegan lifestyle for over a decade now, and she’s very earnest about promoting healthy living that incorporates natural foods in your diet, as well as lifestyle choices such as gardening, which not only benefit your health but the environment.
